CDL Instructor
Job Objectives: Instruct assigned CDL classes. Plans, implements and assesses student-learning experiences. Completes all required student reports in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Able to provide proof of operating license of a commercial motor vehicle for at least 3 years during the 10 year period, preceding the application (code 4501.7.25)
• Have no more than two moving violations in the last three years
• Possess or be eligible for valid state department of education license/certificate appropriate for the position.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Keeps current with technology and other workplace innovations that support job functions
• Meets all mandated health requirements {e.g., a negative tuberculosis test, etc.)
• Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies
• Provides documented evidence of a clear criminal record
