Overview of Position
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the TA Operations team with several projects designed to attract top talent to Change Healthcare. From social media campaigns to our careers site design to program development you will get hands-on experience in driving results that support our recruitment teams

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Design program to attract a more diverse pool of talent with partners (Posse/Year Up). Create process to identify business needs and roles, educate the organization on the program and work with Talent Management to create some development structure and support for the hires.
  • Partner on the design of a Technology Talent Attraction strategy. Work with our recruitment marketing firm to design a marketing plan to roll out a value proposition, creative and messaging via multiple channels (careers site, banner ads, email, SMS and social campaigns) to attract technical talent.
  • Analyze applicant data and make recommendations for advertising and marketing strategy adjustments to attract more diverse applicants. Review results of diversity advertising partnership metrics and make recommendations for enhancements or changes.
  • Review job postings and make recommendations for enhancements to attract talent.
  • Assist with day-to-day Talent Attraction and TA Program support, including content development, social media posts, monthly newsletter creation and referrals support.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Well-organized, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-browsers
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Working towards a bachelors degree; a focus in Marketing, Business or Communications is preferred
